What tools are needed for the installation of B11-71-1.5KW cycloidal pinwheel reducer

1、 Essential tools (indispensable for on-site installation)

1. Tightening tools: socket wrench, open-end wrench, Phillips wrench, Allen wrench, need to match the specifications of the reducer foot, flange, end cover, and coupling bolts.

2. Torque control tool: Torque wrench, with a range covering 50-300 N · m and an accuracy of ± 3%, used for cross tightening bolts according to the manufacturer's specified torque.

3. Leveling and centering tools: level gauge (accuracy ≥ 0.02 mm/m), dial gauge and gauge holder (or simple laser centering gauge), feeler gauge (0.02-1.0 mm specification group), respectively used for machine base leveling, input/output shaft coaxiality detection, gap measurement, and gasket thickness adjustment.

4. Lifting and handling tools: slings or nylon ropes (with a bearing capacity of ≥ 1.5 times the weight of the gearbox), chain hoists or cranes, used for safe lifting and positioning of equipment.

5. Auxiliary disassembly and assembly tools: copper rod, rubber hammer, punch, used to assist in pressing and alignment. It is forbidden to directly strike precision parts with a hammer; Marking pens are used for directional marking of components; Cleaning cloth and brush are used to clean the oil and impurities on the installation surface and shaft head.

6. Measurement and inspection tool: Vernier caliper (range 0-300 mm), used to check the size of keys, shaft diameters, flange stops, and confirm their compatibility with motors and loads.

7. Sealing and lubrication tools: scraper, spatula, used for applying sealant; Filling pot or oil gun, used for adding lubricating grease or oil.

2、 Optional tools (selected according to installation conditions and accuracy requirements)

1. Interference fit disassembly and assembly tools: three jaw puller, hydraulic puller, pressing sleeve or pressing block; Bearing heater (temperature control ≤ 120 ℃), used for precise disassembly and assembly of bearings and oil seals.

2. High precision alignment tool: laser alignment instrument, improves the efficiency and accuracy of shaft alignment, suitable for long-term stable operation needs of equipment.

3. On site fixed tools: hand drills, matching drill bits and taps, used for drilling and tapping operations on site foundations or flanges.

4. Sealing and leak proof tools: glue gun, sealant (anaerobic or silicone type, selected according to the manufacturer's instructions), to enhance the sealing performance of the equipment.

5. Safety protection tools: protective gloves, goggles, anti slip pads, warning signs. Before installation, power off and hang the equipment to prevent accidental start-up.

3、 Key points of tool usage

1. Torque wrenches must be used for bolt tightening, strictly following the torque values specified in the manufacturer's manual to avoid component deformation or looseness caused by over tightening, resulting in operational failures.

2. When aligning the shaft system, a dial gauge or laser alignment instrument should be used to detect radial and end face runout, and the values should be controlled within the allowable range specified in the manual.

3. During the lifting and alignment process, it is forbidden to directly strike precision components such as bearings, shaft heads, cycloid gears, and needle tooth shells with a hammer. Copper rods or rubber hammers are required for auxiliary operation.

4. The lubrication process requires the use of a filling pot or oil gun, and the oil brand number and filling amount specified in the manual should be followed to avoid insufficient or excessive lubrication.
