What faults can occur in ZQD500+150-280 high transmission ratio reducers due to insufficient installation accuracy

Insufficient installation accuracy can lead to abnormal vibration and noise, increased wear of gears and bearings, reduced transmission efficiency, oil leakage, and oscillation in ZQD500+150-280 high transmission ratio reducers, as follows:

Abnormal vibration and noise: Insufficient installation accuracy, such as gear shafts not being parallel or the coaxiality of the reducer and motor not meeting standards, can cause abnormal gear meshing, uneven bearing operation, and thus generate significant vibration and noise.

Increased wear of gears and bearings: Improper adjustment of bearing clearance or excessive deviation of gear center distance during installation can cause additional loads on gears and bearings during operation, resulting in uneven wear of gears along the tooth width direction, micro motion wear of bearing inner rings and shaft necks, and shortened service life of gears and bearings.

Reduced transmission efficiency: When the installation accuracy is insufficient, especially when the coaxiality between the input shaft of the reducer and the output shaft of the motor exceeds the tolerance, additional energy loss will be generated during the power transmission process, resulting in a decrease in the transmission efficiency of the reducer and inability to achieve the rated transmission performance.

Oil leakage: Low coaxial accuracy between the reducer and the driving or driven device can cause oil seal and bearing wear, damage sealing performance, and lead to lubricating oil leakage. In addition, if the flatness error of the joint surface of the box body is too large during installation, it will also cause the sealing gasket to fail to provide a good sealing effect, leading to oil leakage.

Unstable or even swinging operation: If the installation foundation of the reducer is not firm, the anchor bolts are loose, or the installation position is inaccurate, it will cause the reducer to shake or swing during operation, affecting the normal operation and working accuracy of the equipment.
