What details should be paid attention to during the installation process of ZQD large transmission ratio reducer

The installation process of ZQD large transmission ratio reducer requires attention to multiple details to ensure its normal operation and service life, as follows:

Preparation before installation

Check the components: Carefully inspect all parts of the reducer, including gears, bearings, seals, etc., to ensure that the model and specifications of the reducer match the actual requirements, and that the dimensions of the various parts connected to the motor and reducer are consistent.

Cleaning components: Use appropriate cleaning agents to wipe off the rust proof oil on the motor input shaft, positioning boss, and reducer connection parts to prevent impurities from affecting the tightness and flexibility of the connection, and to avoid unnecessary wear.

Prepare tools: Prepare the necessary tools for installation, such as hex wrenches, torque wrenches, screwdrivers, etc., and ensure that the tools are in good condition to ensure smooth installation work.

Basic inspection: The reducer should be installed on a horizontal and sturdy foundation or base, which should have sufficient strength and stability. Before installation, it is necessary to check whether the basic dimensions, levelness, etc. meet the requirements to ensure that the oil in the oil drain groove can be smoothly discharged and the cooling air circulation is smooth.

Installation position and direction: Choose an installation position that is easy to operate and maintain, ensuring that personnel can easily access the vernier, vent plug, and drain plug. Confirm the installation direction of the reducer based on the direction of the output shaft and equipment layout requirements.

Transmission center axis alignment: During installation, special attention should be paid to the alignment of the transmission center axis, and the alignment error should not exceed the compensation amount of the coupling used in the reducer. It can be determined by measuring the distance between the bearing centerlines of the input shaft and output shaft. If the deviation is too large, it will cause unstable equipment operation and increase losses.

Parallelism check: Use tools such as rulers and micrometers to measure the parallelism between the reducer and transmission components, ensuring that it is within the allowable range to ensure the accuracy and stability of the transmission.

Coupling selection and installation: It is best not to use rigid fixed couplings, but to choose couplings with the ability to absorb eccentricity errors. When installing the coupling, ensure that the motor output shaft is axially aligned with the gearbox input shaft to avoid excessive load caused by improper installation, which may damage the bearings or output shaft.

Installation of transmission components: When installing transmission components on the output shaft of the reducer, the operation should be gentle, and rough installation with tools such as hammers is prohibited. It is recommended to use assembly fixtures and internal threads of the end shaft to press the transmission components in with the force of bolt insertion, protecting the internal parts of the gearbox from damage.

Bolt tightening: Use a torque wrench to tighten the bolts one by one according to the specified torque requirements. First, tighten the diagonal bolts and pre tighten them appropriately, then tighten the remaining bolts one by one to ensure even force distribution and prevent deformation or poor sealing of the gearbox housing.
