How to perform daily maintenance on the FF97-Y22KW-4.12 reducer after installation to ensure its normal operation

The daily maintenance points for the FF97-Y22KW-4.12 reducer after installation should revolve around five core areas: lubrication, cleaning, inspection, fastening, and environment. The specific steps are as follows, which can be directly implemented:

1. Lubrication system maintenance

Add lubricating oil of the appropriate brand according to the instructions, replace it with new oil after the first 500 hours of operation, and then replace it every 2000-3000 hours or 6 months (shortened to 1000-1500 hours for harsh working conditions); Regularly check the oil level and keep it at the centerline of the oil window. If the oil level is too low, add it in a timely manner, and if it is too high, release excess oil; Check the oil quality. If there is emulsification, blackening, or impurities, replace it immediately and investigate the cause of oil leakage or water ingress.

2. Regular cleaning and sealing inspection

Wipe the dust and oil stains on the surface of the reducer every week to keep the heat dissipation surface clean and avoid affecting heat dissipation; Check the oil seal and flange seal every month. If there is oil leakage, replace the seals in a timely manner; Ensure that the breathable plug is unobstructed to prevent blockage from causing an increase in internal pressure and oil leakage.

3. Operation status inspection

Before each startup, manually turn the machine to check for any jamming or abnormal noise; During operation, conduct an hourly inspection to monitor the operating temperature (≤ 80 ℃), vibration value (in compliance with equipment standards), and noise (no abnormal harsh sounds); If there is a rapid temperature rise, increased vibration, or abnormal noise, immediately stop the machine and troubleshoot.

4. Re inspection and fastening of fasteners

After installation, run for 100 hours for the first time, stop and recheck the tightening torque of the foundation bolts, coupling bolts, and flange connection bolts, and tighten them in diagonal cross order to the specified values in the manual; Afterwards, check once a month to prevent bolts from loosening due to operational vibrations.

5. Operating environment control

Ensure good ventilation around the reducer, no accumulation of debris, and stay away from areas with high heat sources, corrosive gases, and dust concentrations; If installed in a humid environment, the shell should be regularly inspected for rust and if necessary, repainted with anti rust paint.
