How to prevent the misalignment fault of the cycloidal gear of BWD15-17-2.2KW reducer

To prevent the misalignment of the cycloidal gear of BWD15-17-2.2KW reducer, it is necessary to start from four aspects: "standardized assembly, component control, daily maintenance, and reasonable use" to form a full process protection.
1、 Standardize assembly process (source prevention)

Before installation, check the markings on the cycloidal gears. For single tooth difference models, rotate the two cycloidal gears 180 ° relative to each other to ensure correct phase.

Clean the positioning pin, pin sleeve, and pin hole to ensure that the fit clearance is within the standard range, and check for looseness after installation.

Accurately assemble the eccentric sleeve to ensure consistent eccentricity and installation angle in accordance with the instructions, avoiding deviation.

Select a flat adjustment gasket, evenly tighten the end cap bolts, and control the axial displacement of the cycloid wheel shaft to be ≤ 0.1mm.

2、 Strictly control the quality and condition of components

When replacing the cycloidal gear, choose high-quality parts from the original factory or matching specifications to avoid dimensional deviations and substandard materials.

Before assembly, check the needle teeth, needle ring gears, eccentric bearings, and other components. Replace any parts that exceed the wear limit in a timely manner and avoid forced use.

Regularly check the wear of the output shaft and keyway, and promptly repair or replace them if deformation or excessive clearance occurs.

3、 Strengthen daily maintenance and upkeep

Add lubricating oil of the appropriate model according to the instructions, regularly check the oil level and quality, and replace it every 6-12 months.

Regularly clean the gearbox housing, check if the installation bolts are tightened, and avoid excessive vibration during operation.

Manually rotate the input shaft every month to check whether the meshing resistance is uniform. If any abnormalities (jamming, abnormal noise) are found, stop the machine for inspection in a timely manner.

Record operational data, track vibration and temperature changes, and investigate in advance when abnormal trends occur.

4、 Reasonable use and load control

Avoid overloading operation, ensure that the load does not exceed the rated bearing capacity of the gearbox, and eliminate frequent impact loads.

Optimize the start stop process, avoid frequent start stop, gradually load during startup, and reduce the impact on the cycloidal gear.

Ensure that the installation foundation of the reducer is firm and level, avoiding uneven stress on components due to installation tilt.

In harsh working conditions such as dust and humid environments, strengthen sealing protection to prevent impurities from entering the meshing parts and exacerbating wear.
