When does the XWD4-17-1.5KW cycloidal pinwheel reducer need to replace lubricating oil

The core criterion for replacing lubricating oil in XWD4-17-1.5KW cycloidal pinwheel reducer is "time cycle+oil state+working condition intensity". If any condition is met, it needs to be replaced to avoid component wear caused by lubrication failure.
1、 Fixed time/operating cycle replacement (basic standard)

First use: The new gearbox must be replaced after running for 200-300 hours to remove iron filings and impurities generated during the break in period.

Normal operating conditions: Replace every 4000-6000 hours of operation (approximately 6-8 months), whichever comes first.

Adverse working conditions: In scenarios of continuous heavy load, high temperature (ambient temperature>40 ℃), or high dust, the replacement time should be shortened to 2000-3000 hours.

2、 Replace when the oil condition is abnormal (intuitive judgment)

Observation of appearance: If the oil color changes to dark brown or black, or appears turbid, layered, and has precipitated impurities, it indicates that it has deteriorated.

Check performance: The viscosity of the oil has significantly decreased (due to excessive fluidity) or increased (appearing viscous), and an effective oil film cannot be formed.

Accompanying abnormalities: When the gearbox is running, if the oil temperature rises abnormally (over 90 ℃), there is abnormal noise, or the oil has a burning smell, it may be due to lubrication failure.

3、 Forced replacement in special scenarios

Maintenance: After disassembling and repairing the gearbox (such as replacing bearings, needle teeth, and other components), it is necessary to empty the old oil and replace it with new oil.

Oil contamination: If water, metal debris, dust and other pollutants are found mixed in the oil, or if unsuitable lubricating oil is mistakenly added, replace it immediately.

Long term idle: If the gearbox has been idle for more than 12 months, even if it has not reached the operating cycle, it needs to be replaced with new oil to avoid oil aging and failure.
