What parameters should be paid attention to in the operation monitoring of WPWKO200-60-B worm gear reducer
1. Temperature monitoring
Bearing end temperature: Normal ≤ 70 ℃ (threshold increases by 2 ℃ for every 5 ℃ increase in ambient temperature). If the temperature suddenly rises ≥ 10 ℃/h or continues to exceed 80 ℃, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection.
Oil chamber temperature: Normal ≤ 65 ℃, exceeding 70 ℃ can cause a decrease in oil viscosity of more than 30%, and the degree of oil oxidation needs to be tested.
Shell temperature: The temperature difference with the environment should be ≤ 25 ℃. If it exceeds 30 ℃, it may be due to blocked heat sinks or cooling system failure.
2. Vibration monitoring
Vibration speed: Overall state judgment, the amplitude significantly increases when overloaded or engaged abnormally.
Frequency spectrum analysis: To avoid misjudging faults due to "normal impact", it is necessary to locate early mechanical faults through multidimensional analysis.

3. Oil quality monitoring
Oil level and quality: Insufficient oil level or long-term failure to change the oil will exacerbate wear, and it is necessary to regularly check the degree of oil oxidation and metal debris content.
Lubrication method: Splash lubrication must ensure that the gear speed is ≥ 300rpm, otherwise it needs to be changed to forced oil injection lubrication.
4. Load and speed
Load characteristics: Impact loads or cyclic variable loads can accelerate wear, and long-term exceeding of the rated load by more than 1.2 times should be avoided.
Operating speed: Overspeed operation can easily cause resonance, and low-speed light load may lead to "crawling" phenomenon.
5. Installation accuracy
Center distance and coaxiality: Deviation exceeding ± 0.1mm can cause meshing deviation, which needs to be checked with a dial gauge (deviation ≤ 0.1mm).
Levelness: The levelness of the reducer should be ≤ 0.2mm/m, and the base should be firmly fixed.
6. Noise standards
The national standard requires that the noise level of the reducer should not exceed 83dB (A), and the testing conditions are an input speed of 3000rpm, no load, and a distance of 1 meter.
