According to the model parameters of TY80-14-1.5KW reducer bearings (outer diameter 80mm, width 14mm), the lubricating grease filling amount can refer to the following standards and methods:
1、 Calculation of refueling volume
General formula:
Lubricating grease filling amount (G)=0.005 × bearing outer diameter (D) × bearing width (B)
Substitute data: G=0.005 × 80 × 14=5.6g
Sealed bearings: Fill 20%~30% of internal space

Open type bearings: Fill 30%~50% of the cavity volume
If using a manual butter gun (about 0.8g per use), it needs to be refilled about 7 times.
The actual filling needs to be adjusted according to the type of bearing:
Speed adaptation:
Low speed bearings (such as speeds<1500r/min): can be filled with cavities
High speed bearings: Need to reduce the filling amount (such as filling 1/2-1/3 at medium speed and not exceeding 1/3 at high speed)
2、 Additional precautions
Avoid over filling: Overfilling can cause friction heating, increased energy consumption, and even damage to bearings
Tool selection: It is recommended to use a grease gun with a measuring device or a dedicated grease injection machine to ensure accurate filling
Environmental adaptation: If the working temperature is high, lubricating grease with a drip point 10-20 ℃ higher than the actual temperature should be selected

General scenario: Optional lithium based grease (suitable for a wide temperature range)
Heavy load or high temperature: It is recommended to use lubricating grease containing extreme pressure additives (such as molybdenum disulfide)
