What are the precautions for adjusting the speed ratio of ZL850-20 soft tooth surface reducer
When adjusting the speed ratio of ZL850-20 soft tooth surface reducer, the following precautions should be taken:
Confirm the parameters and specifications of the gearbox: Before adjusting the speed ratio, it is necessary to first confirm whether the speed ratio, rated torque, input power and other parameters of the gearbox meet the actual needs, to ensure that the adjusted speed ratio can enable the gearbox to operate stably under various load conditions.

Careful selection of adjustment methods: If the gear ratio is adjusted by replacing the gear, the required gear ratio should be calculated based on the new gear ratio, and the module and pressure angle of the selected gear should be consistent with the original part. At the same time, the center distance tolerance should be verified, and it is recommended to control it at IT7 level. If the method of adjusting the motor speed is adopted, a forced air cooling system must be equipped when using a frequency converter to control the temperature rise within 40K. If adjusting the speed ratio by changing the load, be careful not to exceed the rated load capacity of the gearbox.
Reinstall and debug: When replacing gears and reinstalling, it is necessary to calibrate the gear mesh clearance, generally controlled at 0.05-0.1mm, and apply special gear oil. After installation, a dynamic balance test is required, and the unbalance should be less than 5g · mm. After 30 minutes of no-load operation, the bearing temperature should be checked, and a temperature rise of ≤ 35 ℃ is considered qualified. The load test should be carried out in a stepwise manner, in the order of 25% -50% -75% -100%.
Adjust relevant settings: After changing the speed ratio, the output torque will change accordingly. The overload protector setting value needs to be adjusted. The new torque=original setting value x speed ratio change multiple, and the emergency braking response time should not exceed 0.5 seconds.
Pay attention to the operating status: After adjusting the speed ratio, closely observe the operation of the gearbox, including whether the speed and torque are normal, check for abnormal noise or vibration, and pay attention to changes in current and temperature to ensure the safety of the gearbox in working condition.
Recording and maintenance: Establish a reduction ratio adjustment file, record load curves, efficiency changes, and other parameters. After the first 50 hours of operation, the oil must be changed, and the lubricating oil status should be checked regularly afterwards. The lubricating oil should be replaced in a timely manner according to the viscosity requirements of the lubricating oil. Wireless vibration sensors can also be installed, and infrared thermal imagers can be used regularly to scan the box. If the temperature difference is greater than 15 ℃, it will indicate an abnormality.
