Changing the transmission ratio: By replacing gears with different numbers of teeth, the transmission ratio of the gearbox can be changed to meet different speed and torque requirements. For example, in some scenarios that require higher torque, the transmission ratio can be increased; When higher rotational speed is required, reduce the transmission ratio.

Optimize lubrication system: For ZD reducers working in high temperature or high load environments, the ordinary lubrication system can be modified to a forced lubrication or circulating lubrication system, and cooling devices such as coolers and heat sinks can be installed to improve heat dissipation, reduce oil temperature, ensure the normal operation of the reducer, and extend its service life. In industries such as cement and chemical, equipment often operates in harsh environments, and optimizing lubrication systems is particularly important.

Electrical system renovation: For some application scenarios that require precise control of speed and position, such as automated production lines, CNC machine tools, etc., the electrical system of the ZD reducer can be renovated by installing frequency converters, servo controllers, etc., to achieve precise speed regulation and positioning control of the reducer.
