How to set the load and speed for the operation test of KBA107 reducer
During the operation test of KBA107 gearbox, the load and speed settings need to be determined based on the rated parameters of the gearbox and relevant testing standards. Here are specific instructions:
Speed setting: The input speed of KBA107 reducer is usually related to the speed of the matched motor, and the common 4-pole motor has a rated speed of 1400 revolutions per minute. When running the test, a no-load trial run is usually carried out first. The speed can be gradually increased in stages according to 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% of the rated speed, and each stage can be run for 30 minutes to observe the operation of the reducer. During the load trial operation phase, testing must be conducted at the rated speed.

Load setting: The load test run should be slowly loaded in four stages at the rated speed, at 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% of the rated load of the reducer, respectively. The running time of each stage is based on the stable temperature rise of the lubricating oil, and the oil temperature should not exceed 100 ℃ after continuous operation for 3 hours. If the gearbox itself has a cooling system, the oil temperature should not exceed 90 ℃. In addition, overload tests can be conducted according to actual needs, such as applying 120% rated load for a short period of time, running for 1 minute, and observing the bearing capacity of the reducer.
The specific rated load and output speed of KBA107 reducer may vary due to factors such as reduction ratio and motor power. Before conducting operational testing, it is necessary to carefully consult the reducer's product manual to ensure the accuracy and safety of load and speed settings.
