How to improve the connection reliability between the motor and ZSY280-71-VIII reducer

Based on the structural characteristics and industrial application scenarios of ZSY280-71-VIII reducer (high torque, eight stage transmission), the following are three core and directly implementable key measures, each of which includes specific technical solutions, parameter requirements, and implementation effects:

1. Choose high-strength connection form+anti loosening design to enhance the load-bearing and anti loosening capacity structurally

Adopting expansion sleeve connection (instead of ordinary flat key connection), Z2 type expansion sleeve is selected to adapt to the input shaft diameter (Φ 70- Φ 90mm) of this type of reducer. The interference fit is formed by uniformly tightening the bolts (M16 bolt tightening torque 80-100N · m), using frictional force to transmit torque, without stress concentration, and the bearing capacity is increased by more than 30% compared to flat key connection; All connecting bolts (expansion sleeves, flanges, base bolts) are made of a combination of "anti loosening bolts+disc-shaped anti loosening washers+medium strength thread locking agent (Loctite 243)". After tightening the bolts, positioning marks are made with a paint pen to prevent loosening caused by vibration during operation. At the same time, the mating surface between the expansion sleeve and the shaft/hole needs to be polished to Ra ≤ 1.6 μ m, clean and free of oil stains, and ensure that the bonding area is ≥ 95%, further improving the connection stability.

2. Strictly control installation accuracy+strengthen base rigidity, reduce additional loads and vibration impacts

Firstly, strengthen the installation base: use HT200 cast iron material (thickness ≥ 30mm), install 4 sets of S78-10 type shock absorber pads at the bottom (bearing capacity ≥ 50kN), and fix them on a concrete foundation of C30 or above with M24-M30 expansion bolts. The flatness deviation of the base should be ≤ 0.1mm/m, and the longitudinal/transverse levelness should be ≤ 0.02mm/m, to avoid uneven stress at the connection due to resonance; Secondly, precise control of coaxiality and end face runout: a plum blossom shaped elastic coupling is used for connection, and a dial gauge is used to ensure that the radial runout (coaxiality) is ≤ 0.15mm and the end face runout is ≤ 0.08mm. When it exceeds the tolerance, the motor base gasket (thickness ≤ 0.5mm, quantity ≤ 3 pieces) is adjusted for correction, reducing the additional radial load on the shaft system and early wear of the bearing and connection parts.
