SBD65P-B40-3KW belongs to the SBD series Shenke reducer, and the "P" in the model represents suspended installation. The installation and operation specifications of this model can follow the general standards of the SBD series, combined with its 3KW power and suspended installation characteristics. The specific details are as follows:

Installation specifications

1. Basic installation requirements: The reducer is a shaft hole output structure. During installation, it is necessary to ensure that the output hole is in a sliding fit with the host shaft. It is strictly prohibited to strike any part of the reducer throughout the process to avoid damage to precision components such as internal gears and bearings. Before installation, it is necessary to clean the oil stains and impurities on the output hole and the surface of the host shaft to prevent transmission jamming after assembly.

2. Key points for exclusive suspension installation: Due to the model label "P", when using suspension installation, it is necessary to ensure that the torque support is firmly fixed. This can be achieved by reinforcing the bracket, selecting suitable fasteners, etc., to avoid loosening of the suspension structure due to vibration during equipment operation. At the same time, the installation position should be calibrated to ensure that the reducer is uniformly stressed and reduce stress concentration at the suspension point.

3. Trial operation process after installation: After installation, it is not allowed to load and run directly, and a no-load trial operation must be carried out first. After observing the equipment for any abnormal noise, oil leakage, abnormal vibration, and other issues, and ensuring no faults during no-load operation, gradually load it in stages. After each load, run it steadily for a period of time to confirm that the transmission is normal, and finally reach the rated load operating state.

Operation specifications

1. Operating restrictions: This model is suitable for a 24-hour continuous working system, but frequent forward and reverse operations are strictly prohibited. The motor must run strictly in the direction of the arrow marked on the body to prevent reverse operation from damaging the internal gear meshing state. Given its input power of 3KW, in scenarios where overload may occur in batching scales, feeding scales, etc., it is necessary to install an appropriate overload protection device to avoid damage to transmission components caused by excessive load.

2. Environmental temperature control: The applicable working environment temperature range is -20 ℃ -+40 ℃. If the ambient temperature is below -20 ℃, it is necessary to replace the anti freezing grease and lubricating oil, and at the same time, the gearbox housing can be insulated; If the temperature is higher than 40 ℃, cooling devices such as cooling fans or cooling pipelines need to be installed to avoid high temperature causing lubricant deterioration and gear wear.

3. Inspection and lubrication standards during operation

Regular inspections should be carried out during operation, with a focus on checking for oil leakage at the oil level plug and listening for abnormal noises during operation. If there are abnormal sounds of gear meshing or bearing overheating, the machine should be stopped immediately for troubleshooting.

The front planetary cycloidal transmission part requires molybdenum disulfide 3 # or ZL-3 lithium based grease, with an injection amount of 1/3-1/2 of the reducer's internal volume; The rear stage spiral bevel gear transmission part needs to be injected with N150 extreme pressure industrial gear oil or 50 # or above thick mechanical oil, and the oil level should be based on the oil level plug hole or the middle position of the oil gauge. And the replacement cycle for lubricating grease is 8000 hours, and for lubricating oil it is 5000 hours. If it is in harsh working conditions with high dust and large temperature differences, the replacement cycle needs to be shortened by about 30%.
