1、 Solution for high ambient temperature (>40 ℃)

Forced cooling system upgrade

Install an axial flow fan (air volume ≥ 2000m ³/h) or a water-cooled cooler (cooling power ≥ 20kW), monitor the oil temperature in real time through a PT100 sensor, and automatically adjust the heat dissipation intensity to ensure that the oil temperature remains stable below 55 ℃.

If it is a special environment such as a mine, explosion-proof cooling fans (such as the FB-300 model) should be used, combined with a spiral cooling fin design (increasing the cooling area by 30% -50%).

Optimization of lubrication system

Use high thermal conductivity lubricating oil (ISO VG 320-460) and increase the oil tank capacity to 1.5 times the conventional capacity (such as 200kN · m model oil tank ≥ 500L) to extend the cycle period.

Regularly check the oil quality (every 500 hours) to avoid oxidation and deterioration that may lead to a decrease in heat dissipation efficiency.

Structural heat dissipation enhancement

Spray graphene modified epoxy coating (thermal conductivity of 2.5W/(m · K)) on the outside of the box to accelerate heat conduction.

Internally add oil guide ribs (height 8mm) to guide the directional flow of lubricating oil and reduce local high temperatures.

2、 Solution for low ambient temperature (< -10 ℃)

Preheating and insulation measures

Before starting, preheat the oil temperature to above 30 ℃ using an electric heating rod (with a power of 3kW) to avoid damaging the oil pump due to high viscosity at low temperatures.

Wrap the box with insulation cotton (such as aluminum silicate fiber felt) to reduce heat loss.

Low temperature lubrication adaptation

Replace low-temperature lubricating oil (such as synthetic ester oil, pour point ≤ -40 ℃) to ensure low-temperature fluidity.

3、 General maintenance recommendations

Load control: Avoid overload operation (load ≤ 80% rated value), and further reduce the load in high temperature environments.

Regular inspection: Clean the oil circuit every 2000 hours, check the gear mesh clearance (normal 0.02-0.05mm) and bearing condition.

If the ambient temperature fluctuates greatly (such as the temperature difference between day and night in desert oil fields reaching 120 ℃), a dual-mode system of "water cooling+electric heating" should be used to ensure that the oil temperature fluctuation is ≤ ± 5 ℃.
