How often should the fastening screws of P2SA21 planetary gearbox be checked

There is currently no publicly available standard for the inspection cycle of exclusive fastening screws for P2SA21 planetary gearboxes. However, based on the general maintenance specifications for planetary gearboxes and their high probability of adaptation to industrial transmission scenarios, the inspection frequency can be determined according to three dimensions: initial installation, regular operation period, and special working conditions adjustment. The specific frequency is as follows:

Initial installation: It is recommended to conduct the first inspection within 24 hours after the equipment is running. At this time, the screws are susceptible to slight loosening due to initial installation stress and equipment start-up impact; After running for 50 hours, it needs to be rechecked. In addition, after the equipment is installed and tested for 24 hours, it should be re tightened with a torque wrench according to the specified torque to further eliminate the risk of loosening caused by assembly gaps.

Normal operation period: If the equipment is in a continuous normal operating condition, it is recommended to quickly check whether the screws have obvious signs of loosening before starting up every day; Perform a comprehensive tightening inspection once a month using a torque wrench, focusing on key connection parts such as anchor bolts and shaft end couplings. If calculated based on the running time, the screw status can be checked synchronously every 500 hours to avoid loosening problems caused by long-term vibration.

Special operating condition adjustment: If P2SA21 is used in high-power heavy load, high-frequency start stop, or harsh scenarios with high dust and severe vibration, the inspection frequency needs to be doubled. It can be changed to conduct a comprehensive fastening inspection every half month, and an additional visual and tactile inspection can be added after daily startup. If it operates intermittently under light load, a regular monthly inspection frequency can be maintained.
