What safety precautions should be taken when adjusting the concentricity of XWE84-7569 cycloidal pinwheel reducer

When adjusting the concentricity of XWE84-7569 cycloidal pinwheel reducer, the following safety precautions should be noted:

Equipment power-off: Before adjusting the concentricity, the power supply of the reducer must be cut off first, and the power switch must be locked or hung to prevent accidental power on during the adjustment process, which may cause personal injury or equipment damage.

Use the correct tools: Suitable tools should be used for measuring and adjusting concentricity, such as dial gauges, feeler gauges, laser alignment instruments, etc., to avoid using tools that do not meet the requirements or violent operations. For example, when installing transmission components, it is not allowed to directly strike the output shaft of the gearbox with a hammer. Instead, use assembly fixtures and internal threads on the shaft end to press the transmission components in with bolts to avoid damage to internal parts.

Prevent parts from falling: When disassembling and installing the connecting components between the reducer and the transmission shaft, ensure that the parts are firmly supported or held to prevent them from falling and injuring feet or other parts.

Pay attention to body posture: During the adjustment process, maintain the correct body posture to avoid discomfort or accidental sprains caused by prolonged bending or twisting of the body. At the same time, when using tools such as wrenches, ensure that the hand position is correct to prevent the wrench from slipping and causing hand injuries.

Control the tilt angle: During installation, the tilt angle of the reducer should be controlled within a range of 15 degrees to prevent lubricant leakage and ensure the normal lubrication and working performance of the reducer. If the tilt angle is too large, it may cause the meshing angle between gears to be incorrect, affecting transmission efficiency and increasing wear.

Check the fixing bolts: Before and after adjusting the concentricity, check whether the fixing bolts of the reducer are tightened to prevent displacement of the reducer during the adjustment process or equipment operation. If there is looseness, a torque wrench should be used to tighten according to the specified torque value.

Multi person collaboration standard: If multiple people need to collaborate to adjust concentricity, clear division of labor, mutual communication and cooperation should be established to avoid operational errors or personnel injuries caused by poor information flow.
