Applicable application scenarios of RF47-4.25-4KW reducer in high temperature environment

The RF47-4.25-4kW reducer belongs to the R series small hard tooth helical gear reducer, which is compatible with 4kW motors and has a reduction ratio of 4.25. It has the characteristics of compact structure, high transmission efficiency, and good impact resistance. In high temperature environments (ambient temperature 40 ℃~120 ℃), its adaptation scenarios focus on high-temperature auxiliary equipment for small and medium-sized, medium speed working conditions, as follows:

1. Auxiliary driving mechanism for chemical high-temperature reaction kettle

Suitable for the stirring blade drive and bottom discharge valve opening and closing mechanism of small high-temperature reaction vessels in the chemical industry. The output speed of the reducer is about 340r/min (calculated based on 1450r/min motor input), and the medium speed output can meet the mild mixing requirements of viscous materials; After being paired with high-temperature resistant grease/gear oil, it can withstand the radiation high temperature generated by the heat tracing of the outer wall or internal reaction of the reaction vessel. For example, in high-temperature esterification reactions and coating resin synthesis reactions in fine chemicals, a small stirring shaft can be driven, and its small volume advantage can be installed on a narrow bracket on the side of the reaction vessel.

2. Small conveying equipment in high-temperature areas of metallurgical industry

Suitable for small belt conveyors for sintered ore in metallurgical plants, high-temperature powder screw feeders, and auxiliary material conveying devices for blast furnace tapping ports. There are working conditions such as slag radiation heat and dust high-temperature conduction in the metallurgical high-temperature zone. The gearbox body is made of HT250 cast iron, which has strong heat resistance and deformation resistance. The hard tooth surface gear (HRC58-62) is wear-resistant and resistant to high-temperature oxidation. For example, in the quantitative transportation of coke powder and limestone auxiliary materials at the blast furnace outlet of an ironmaking plant, a small screw feeder can be driven, with a power of 4kW sufficient to cope with the transportation resistance of high-temperature powder materials, and the sealing structure can prevent high-temperature dust from entering the gearbox.

3. Supporting equipment for high-temperature kilns in the building materials industry

Roller shaft drive, refractory material forming material conveying, and cement clinker sampling conveying device for small ceramic roller kilns in building materials factories. The ambient temperature around ceramic kilns and cement kilns can reach 80 ℃~100 ℃. This reducer can drive the small conveyor rollers of the roller kiln to achieve uniform transportation of ceramic bodies; It can also be used for high-temperature powder feeders in refractory material factories. Its small reduction ratio of 4.25 can match the medium speed operation requirements of the feeder, avoiding powder splashing caused by excessive speed. Meanwhile, by installing an external cooling fan, the temperature rise of the gearbox in high-temperature environments can be further reduced.

4. The transmission system of high-temperature drying mainline in the new energy industry

Suitable for the conveyor belt drive of the high-temperature drying main line for positive electrode materials in new energy battery material factories, and the air door adjustment mechanism of the electrode drying furnace. The drying temperature of positive electrode materials for lithium batteries (such as ternary materials and lithium iron phosphate) can reach up to 80 ℃~120 ℃, and the ambient temperature around the drying line is high. This reducer can drive a small conveyor belt to transport the dried materials to the cooling zone; It can also drive the hot air damper of the drying oven to accurately adjust the intake air volume. Its modular structure is easy to install inside the drying line frame, and the high-temperature resistant sealing can prevent the powder generated during the drying process from entering the gearbox.
