How to determine whether the axis of ZQD500-223.8-I soft tooth surface reducer needs to be adjusted

To determine whether the axis of ZQD500-223.8-I soft tooth surface reducer needs to be adjusted, the following methods can be used:

Observation of equipment operation status

Vibration situation: If the gearbox experiences abnormally severe vibrations during operation, it usually means that the axis may not be aligned correctly. For example, if a reducer connected to a ball mill experiences significant vibration, it is likely that their axes are not on the same straight line.

Noise variation: When the axis deviation exceeds the allowable range, gear meshing will be abnormal, resulting in abnormal noise. If the gearbox produces sharp, piercing, or uneven sounds during operation, it may be necessary to adjust the axis line.

Abnormal temperature: Axis deviation can cause uneven stress on components such as bearings, leading to an increase in temperature. Measurement tool testing

Laser alignment instrument measurement: The use of laser alignment instrument can accurately measure the axis deviation between the input shaft and output shaft of the reducer and the axis of the connected equipment. According to the instrument operation guide, measure the radial and axial offsets separately. If the measured value exceeds the allowable coaxiality range specified by the equipment, adjustment is required.

Dial gauge measurement: Fix the dial gauge in a stable position, make the measuring rod contact the axis, gently rotate the other axis, observe the reading change of the dial gauge, and detect the deviation of the axis. If the reading on the dial gauge shows a large deviation, exceeding the allowable value, it is necessary to adjust the axis line.

Gauge measurement: A gauge can be used to measure the gap between couplings and determine axial and radial deviations. If the gap is uneven or exceeds the specified range, it indicates that there may be a deviation in the axis line and further inspection and adjustment are needed.

Reference equipment technical documents: Refer to the relevant technical documents or manuals of ZQD500-223.8-I soft tooth surface reducer, which usually specify the limit deviation of the gear shaft centerline angle and the allowable range of gear centerline displacement. Obtain actual deviation data through professional measurement methods, compare it with the standard value, and adjust if it exceeds the standard.
