What are the precautions for adjusting the gasket of ZLY224-12.5-1 reducer
When adjusting the ZLY224-12.5-1 reducer gasket, it is important to pay attention to the following safety and operational points:
1、 Core principles of gasket adjustment
Thickness matching: The thickness of the gasket needs to be adapted to the gear mesh clearance. When the wear is light, only adjust the thickness of S1. When the wear is heavy, adjust S1/S2 (driven gear side) and S3/S4 (driving gear side) synchronously.
Symmetrical adjustment: The side shims (S3/S4) of the driving gear need to be adjusted synchronously to avoid axial displacement.
2、 Safety operation standards
Lifting protection: Use a crane with a rated load ≥ 1.2 times the weight of the equipment, and it is strictly prohibited to directly bind the box or shaft extension.
Tightening operation: The anchor bolts need to be tightened in stages with matching wrenches, and excessive torque operation is strictly prohibited.

Gasket installation: Each group of shims should not exceed 3 pieces, and stacking and loosening are strictly prohibited; Before secondary grouting, it is necessary to clean the debris in the foundation hole.
3、 Key points of precision control
Concentricity calibration: The gap between the motor shaft shoulder and the hollow shaft end face of the reducer should be ≤ 0.1mm, and a thermal expansion gap should be reserved in high-temperature environments.
Mesh inspection: Use red lead powder to inspect the gear contact surface, ensuring that the contact marks are ≥ 95% tooth length and ≥ 65% tooth height.
4、 Precautions
Prohibition of hard bending alignment: When the deviation exceeds the standard, the flatness of the installation surface should be checked, and it is strictly prohibited to strike the shell.
Regular re inspection: During the initial operation period (100-200 hours) and every six months, concentricity needs to be retested.
