How to solve the problem of abnormal connection status between the motor and ZSY280-90-1 gear reducer

To solve the problem of abnormal connection status between the motor and ZSY280-90-1 gear reducer, it is necessary to follow the steps of shutdown investigation, precise repair, retesting verification, and long-term protection. Corresponding measures should be taken for different types of abnormalities. The specific plan is as follows:

1、 Shutdown safety investigation: locate the root cause of the abnormality

1. Power off hanging: Cut off the power supply to the motor and reducer, hang a "Do Not Close" sign to prevent accidental start-up; Remove the coupling protective cover and clean the oil and dust from the connection area.

2. Check item by item:

(1) Check the elastic body/pin of the coupling for cracking, aging, and fragmentation, and whether the fit clearance exceeds 0.1mm;

(2) Detection of coaxiality: Use a dial gauge to measure radial runout (tolerance ≤ 0.05mm) and angular runout (tolerance ≤ 0.03mm/m) to determine if there is any unbalanced load;

(3) Check the fastening components: whether the anchor bolts and coupling bolts are loose, loose, or broken, and whether the flat keys and keyways are worn or deformed;

(4) Check the base and foundation: whether the gasket has aged or collapsed, and whether the foundation has cracks or settlement.

2、 Accurately repair by exception type

Type 1: Failure of coupling elastic body/damage of column pin

Replace the same specification of elastic material (such as plum blossom pad, elastic column pin), ensure that the material is oil resistant rubber or polyurethane, and avoid mixing non-standard parts;

The column bolt needs to be equipped with anti loosening washers and tightened with the specified torque (M12 bolt torque 80-100N · m). It is forbidden to break the bolt by exceeding the torque.

Type 2: Coaxiality out of tolerance (excessive radial/angular deviation)

Loosen the anchor bolts of the electromechanical and reducer, remove the old gasket of the base, and replace it with a metal gasket of uniform thickness;

Using a dial gauge correction method: first adjust the radial deviation (the motor moves left and right), then adjust the angular deviation (increase or decrease the thickness of the motor base gasket), and repeat the measurement until the accuracy meets the standard;

Tighten the bolts in diagonal order to avoid accuracy drift caused by one-sided force.

Type 3: Flat key and keyway wear/sliding key

If the wear gap is ≤ 0.2mm, copper foil can be pasted on the key side to compensate for the gap; If the wear is severe, replace the same specification flat key (transition fit), and if necessary, repair the keyway by welding;

Apply a small amount of lubricating grease on the contact surface between the key and keyway during assembly to reduce operational wear.
