What is the high temperature warning value set for FAF77-2.2KW-25.47-M5 gear reducer

The setting of high temperature warning values for FAF77-2.2KW-25.47-M5 gear reducer needs to be combined with its structural characteristics and working environment. The core parameters are as follows:
1、 Temperature warning threshold setting

Bearing temperature warning value

Under normal operating conditions, it is recommended to set the temperature to 75 ℃ (Level 1 warning). If the temperature exceeds 80 ℃, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection.

If the ambient temperature remains above 30 ℃ for a long time or the load fluctuates greatly, it can be appropriately lowered to 70 ℃ to trigger a warning.

Oil temperature monitoring threshold

The temperature warning value for lubricating oil should be below 80 ℃ (the critical point of thermal equilibrium), as exceeding this temperature may result in oil oxidation and loss.

For forced cooling systems, it is necessary to ensure that the oil temperature remains stable within the range of 40 ± 10 ℃ (refer to ISO/TR 14179-2 standard).

2、 Dynamic adjustment mechanism

Load grading threshold: The reference temperature can be set to 45 ± 5 ℃ under light load and relaxed to 50 ± 5 ℃ under heavy load to avoid triggering warnings due to load changes.

Environmental compensation: In high temperature environments (>40 ℃), the warning value should be lowered by 5-10 ℃, and heat dissipation measures should be strengthened (such as forced ventilation or cooling water circulation).

3、 Suggestions for supporting monitoring

Explosion proof temperature sensors (accuracy ± 1 ℃) are used to monitor the bearing seat and oil temperature in real time, and the data is transmitted through industrial Ethernet (delay ≤ 1 second).

Regularly calibrate sensors, verify data consistency with infrared thermometers every quarter, and replace equipment if the error exceeds ± 2 ℃.

Note: The specific threshold needs to be fine tuned based on the actual operating data of the equipment. New equipment should be continuously monitored for 72 hours to establish a benchmark value
