During the load adjustment of the cycloidal reducer XWED117-2065-3KW, what regular maintenance inspection items should be performed?

The specific items for regular maintenance and inspection during load commissioning of XWED117-2065-3KW cycloidal pinwheel reducer include the following aspects:

Lubrication system inspection:

Oil quality inspection: Regularly check the quality of lubricating oil. If the oil quality deteriorates, the color is abnormal, or there are impurities, the lubricating oil should be replaced in a timely manner to prevent the wear of parts from worsening due to poor lubrication.

Oil level inspection: Ensure that the lubricating oil in the reducer is sufficient, observe the oil level through the oil window, and keep it within the scale range.

Inspection of connection parts:

Bolt tightening: Check whether the fixing screws of the installation base of the reducer and the connecting bolts of each component are tightened to prevent the vibration of the reducer from intensifying, unstable operation, and even component damage caused by loose bolts.

Coupling inspection: Check the concentricity and sealing of the coupling to prevent damage to the equipment under torque. If concentricity deviation exceeds the allowable range, it should be adjusted in a timely manner.

Running status monitoring:

Temperature monitoring: Under rated speed and load, the maximum oil temperature should not exceed 80 ℃. If the temperature is too high, it may be due to lubricating oil problems, bearing failures, or excessive load, and should be promptly investigated.

Vibration and sound inspection: The reducer should operate smoothly and normally, without any impact, vibration, or abnormal noise. The amplitude of the machine body should be less than 0.08mm. If abnormal vibration or abnormal noise is found, it may be caused by installation problems, component wear or damage, and the machine should be stopped for inspection.

Speed and torque inspection: Regularly check whether the speed and torque of the input and output shafts are normal to ensure that they meet the operating requirements of the equipment. Auxiliary judgments can be made by measuring the working voltage and current to calculate power.

Sealing condition inspection: Check whether there is oil leakage on the joint surfaces and sealing points of the reducer. If leakage is found, the cause should be promptly identified, which may be due to aging, damage or loose bolts of the sealing components. Replace the sealing components or tighten the bolts in a timely manner.

Internal component inspection:

Bearing inspection: Especially for the rotating arm bearings, regularly check their wear and lubrication conditions. If any damage, poor operation, or poor lubrication is found in the bearings, they should be replaced or lubricated in a timely manner.

Inspection of gears and related parts: During regular disassembly inspections, it is necessary to check whether there is wear, cracks, or other damage to the cycloidal gears, needle bushings, needle pins, output shaft shafts, and pin bushings. Parts with severe wear should be replaced in a timely manner.
