Based on its model parameters (center distance of 125mm, transmission ratio of 60, specific installation form), its applicable scenarios can be divided into four categories, with the core matching the characteristics of "medium low load+smooth transmission+self-locking demand" working conditions.
1. Lightweight conveying and sorting equipment
This type of equipment requires stable low-speed transmission and low load, with high compatibility with the performance of the reducer.

Specific equipment: small belt conveyor, drum sorting machine, assembly line auxiliary conveyor mechanism.

Adaptation reason: A transmission ratio of 60 can reduce the motor speed (usually 1450rpm) to about 24rpm, meeting the low-speed operation requirements of the conveying equipment; The smoothness of worm gear transmission can avoid shaking during material conveying, and the specification with a center distance of 125mm can provide sufficient torque (usually rated torque 500-1500N · m) to cope with the conveying load of lightweight materials such as cardboard boxes and small components.
