What are the specific contents of daily inspection for NGW51-2.8 planetary gear reducer

The specific contents of daily inspection of NGW51-2.8 planetary gear reducer include appearance, lubrication system, operating status, etc., as follows:

Appearance inspection:

Box body and accessories: Check whether the box body is intact, without damage or cracks, and whether the external components of the box body are complete, intact, and undamaged. At the same time, check whether there is oil leakage or seepage at each seal and joint. If oil leakage is found, replace the seals in a timely manner.

Bolt connection: Check if the connecting bolts between the reducer, motor, and other components are loose. If they are loose, tighten them in a timely manner to avoid abnormal equipment operation caused by loose bolts.

Lubrication system inspection:

Oil level inspection: Check the lubricating oil level through a dipstick, transparent window oil gauge, etc., to ensure that the oil level is within the normal range, generally maintained between 1/2-2/3 of the viewing window.

Oil quality inspection: Observe the color and transparency of the lubricating oil. If the lubricating oil appears white, black, turbid, etc., it indicates that the oil quality has deteriorated and should be replaced in a timely manner.

Ventilation device inspection: Check whether there is scale on the ventilation plug, ventilation cover, and air filter. If there is scale, it needs to be cleaned regularly to ensure smooth ventilation and prevent excessive pressure inside the box.

Running status check:

Temperature monitoring: The temperature of the gearbox can be measured by hand or using tools such as temperature measuring pens and infrared thermometers. Generally speaking, the temperature rise of lubricating oil should not exceed 35 ℃, the temperature rise of bearings should not exceed 40 ℃, and when the shell temperature exceeds 85 ℃, attention should be paid and the cause should be investigated.

Vibration detection: Use a simple vibration measuring pen or accelerometer to measure the vibration situation at the bearing seat. The normal vibration speed should be less than 4.5mm/s, and can be measured from three directions: axial, vertical, and horizontal. If the vibration value is abnormal, it is necessary to check whether there are problems such as poor alignment or bearing damage.

Noise identification: Use a sound level meter to measure the noise at a distance of 1 meter from the reducer, and the normal noise should be ≤ 75dB (A). If there is a periodic "clunking" sound or other abnormal noise, it often means that components such as bearings may have malfunctioned and require further inspection.
