At the same time, it is necessary to ensure that the lubricating oil in the reducer is sufficient, and the oil level in the oil window should be within the scale range.

Coupling: Regularly check the concentricity and sealing of the gearbox coupling to prevent damage to the equipment under non torque forces.

Installation base and fixing screws: Regularly check whether the installation base of the reducer is firm, whether the fixing screws are tightened, and whether the operating conditions are normal to ensure the balanced movement of the reducer. Adjust unreasonable installation or tighten loose screws in a timely manner.

Replacement cycle: After the first 300 hours of operation, the lubricating oil should be replaced for the first time and residual dirty oil should be removed. Replacement method: When changing the oil, the residual oil inside the gearbox should be washed clean. The gearbox cleaning machine can be used to clean the gearbox using the original oil supply and discharge system and filtered old oil, or manual cleaning can be used. When injecting new oil, clean oil should be used and sufficient injection amount should be ensured. The oil level should be in the center position of the oil gauge or indicator.

Other maintenance points

Check the shaft diameter sealing ring: Check whether the shaft diameter sealing ring of the reducer is aging or worn, replace it with a new sealing ring in a timely manner, ensure the sealing quality, and prevent dust from entering the inside of the reducer.

Pay attention to operating temperature and abnormal noise: During normal operation, if the temperature rises too quickly, even exceeding 70 ℃, or if the temperature is normal but there is abnormal noise, the reducer should be opened in a timely manner, and the bearings, pins, bushings, and cycloidal discs should be carefully inspected for obvious wear or damage, and replaced and repaired in a timely manner.

Replacing eccentric bearings: When replacing the eccentric bearings inside the gearbox, use two pry bars and place them in the middle of the eccentric bearings. Use balanced force to remove them at corresponding points on both sides, avoiding unilateral force or knocking, to prevent shaft eccentricity or damage to the cycloidal disc.
