How to avoid screw loosening during the operation of ZLY560-25-I hard tooth reducer

Here are some methods to avoid screw loosening during the operation of ZLY560-25-I hard tooth reducer:

Choose appropriate screws and nuts: Ensure that the specifications of the screws and nuts are correct, the fit is tight, the quality is good, and they have sufficient corrosion resistance and wear resistance to reduce looseness caused by long-term use.

Use anti loosening device:

Spring washer: Install a spring washer between the screw and nut, utilizing its spring effect to generate sustained elastic force after tightening the screw, maintaining tight contact between the screw and the connecting piece, and reducing looseness caused by vibration.

Serrated locking washer: The inner and outer edges of the washer have serrated protrusions. When the screw is tightened, the serrations will embed into the surface of the connecting piece, forming a mechanical bite and increasing the anti loosening ability of the screw.

Pre tightened locking washer: Pre tightened with a specific tool before installation to create pre stress inside. When the screw is tightened, the pre stress of the washer further increases the locking force of the screw.

Self locking nut: Its unique design is embedded with embossed teeth, which can form stable friction force after tightening, and can maintain fastening even under harsh conditions.

Adopting double nut technology: By tightly aligning two nuts, a frictional barrier is formed to lock them together and resist loosening.

Use thread glue, such as anaerobic glue, to form a strong adhesive film at the screw tightening point, effectively preventing screw loosening. It is commonly used for assembling high-strength fasteners such as engine case bolts and pump housing bolts.

Mechanical anti loosening: using stop parts to prevent relative rotation between threaded pairs, such as groove nuts and open-end pins. The open-end pin is inserted into the groove of the groove nut and the hole of the bolt to prevent relative rotation between the nut and the bolt.

Reasonable installation and maintenance:

Standardized installation: When installing the reducer, tighten the screws according to the specified torque to ensure that the installation positions of each component are accurate and the connections are firm. Ensure that the installation foundation of the reducer is stable and avoid loosening screws due to vibration caused by an unstable foundation.

Regular inspection: During operation, regularly check the tightness of screws and promptly deal with any looseness found. At the same time, check the operating condition of the reducer, such as the wear of gears, bearings, and other components, to avoid screws loosening due to abnormal vibration caused by component damage.

In addition, optimizing the working environment of the gearbox and avoiding use in high temperature, high humidity, corrosive environments, or places with frequent impact and vibration can also help reduce the possibility of screw loosening.
