MRG Series Rolling Mill Gearboxes

This product series includes vertical and horizontal gearboxes. Horizontal gearboxes feature parallel shaft transmission, while vertical gearboxes utilize spiral bevel gears plus parallel shaft transmission. They come in single input, double output or triple output structures, with four layout options to choose from: H1, H2, H3, and V. While meeting the actual rolling conditions, these gearboxes also feature a compact structure, impact resistance, and stable operation. All can be used in conjunction with closed-type or short stress line rolling mills.

Advanced platform system with modular design enabling better interchangeability of parts;

Unique gear modification technology for improved meshing performance, providing smoother transmission and lower noise;

Various sealing forms are available, including a special sealing structure to reduce leakage risks;

Bearing jet circulation lubrication, enhancing service life and reliability.

Torque range: up to 1,200 kN.m

Speed ratio range: 1–120

Maximum center distance between output shafts: 1,100 mm

Main Fields of Application:

Suitable for large, medium, and small bar production lines, wire and high-speed wire production lines, and certain types of steel production lines in the metallurgy industry.
