What issues should be noted during the use of the sealing structure of ZS145-250-22KW soft tooth surface reducer

The precautions for sealing the ZS145-250-22KW soft tooth surface reducer are as follows:

1. The sealing of this reducer mainly includes three parts: dynamic sealing of the shaft end skeleton oil seal, static sealing of the box body joint surface and end cover, and pressure relief sealing of the top ventilation cap. The entire process needs to strictly control oil leakage, air intake, and impurities.

2. When installing the shaft end skeleton oil seal, the sealing lip must face the oil side inside the box, and the spring must be built-in. It is strictly prohibited to install it upside down; Before installation, check the shaft neck for scratches, burrs, rust, and a smooth surface. Install a protective cover to avoid scratching the oil seal lip. Apply special oil resistant grease and press it vertically. Do not strike or tilt it.

3. Under normal working conditions, nitrile rubber oil seals are selected. Under high temperature, high dust, and humid corrosion conditions, fluororubber oil seals are replaced. For heavy load and frequent start stop equipment, double lip oil seals or auxiliary labyrinth dust prevention structures can be installed.

4. The upper and lower joint surfaces of the box body, as well as the sealing position of the end cover, should be cleaned of old glue, iron filings, and debris, and the bonding surface should be flat and free of deformation; Evenly apply oil resistant sealant or replace with new O-rings and gaskets. It is strictly prohibited to accumulate thick sealant or twist gaskets.

5. The bolts in the sealing area should be tightened evenly in diagonal sections to prevent cracking and oil leakage on the joint surface caused by uneven stress. The anti loosening status of the bolts should be checked regularly on a daily basis.

6. It is necessary to ensure that the ventilation cap on the top of the box is unobstructed, without blockage, dust accumulation, or oil accumulation. Regularly clean the ventilation holes, balance the air pressure inside and outside the box, and avoid excessive internal pressure breaking through the oil seal and sealing surface, causing oil leakage.

7. Strictly control the lubricating oil level, maintain it within the standard range of the oil mirror, and prohibit overfilling. Excessive oil level will increase internal oil pressure and accelerate seal aging and leakage.

8. During operation, control the oil temperature. The normal working oil temperature should not exceed 80 degrees Celsius. If the oil temperature is too high, it will accelerate the aging and failure of the oil seal and sealant. If overheating is detected, promptly investigate the load, heat dissipation, and oil problems.
