What issues should be noted in the daily use of the bearing components of the P series planetary gearbox
The daily usage precautions for the bearing components of the P series planetary gearbox are as follows:
1. Strictly prohibit excessive torque, excessive speed, and radial/axial overload operation to avoid instantaneous impact damage to bearings.
2. Ensure proper lubrication, use the manufacturer's designated gear oil, with moderate oil volume, no shortage, no mixing, and no use of deteriorated oil.
3. Regularly change the oil, replace the new gearbox after running for 300-500 hours, and then replace it every 3000-6000 hours to shorten the cycle in harsh environments.
4. Monitor the temperature during operation, and immediately stop the machine for inspection if the temperature rise in the bearing area is abnormal, exceeds 80 ℃ or is hot to the touch.
5. Monitoring abnormal noise, including metal impact sound, periodic friction sound, and whistling, mostly due to damage to the bearing raceway and cage.

6. Prevent dust, water vapor, and iron filings from entering the box, and avoid bearing raceway wear, pitting, and corrosion.
7. Check that the ventilation device is unobstructed to avoid excessive pressure inside the box causing oil seal failure and bearing dust ingress.
8. Ensure concentricity during installation. The difference in coaxiality between the input, output, and motor/load will exacerbate bearing eccentric wear.
9. Avoid frequent forward and reverse rotation, emergency stop and start, and reduce the impact load on bearings and planetary carriers.
10. If vibration increases, oil leakage, temperature rise, or abnormal noise is found, immediately stop the machine to prevent bearing locking and tooth damage.
