The daily maintenance interval of BLD18-23-2.2KW cycloidal reducer is as follows:

Routine inspection: It is recommended to conduct it every 3 to 6 months, mainly checking the oil level, oil quality, gear wear, sealing condition, etc., to check for any abnormal noise or vibration in the reducer, and whether the fasteners are loose.

Lubricating oil replacement:

After the first 200 hours of operation, the lubricating oil must be replaced for the first time, and any remaining dirty oil should be removed during the replacement.

Gearboxes that work continuously for more than 10 hours a day should have their lubricating oil replaced every 3 months.

Gearboxes that work no more than 10 hours per day should have their lubricating oil replaced every 6 months.

If the oil change cycle needs to be shortened in harsh environments such as high temperature, high humidity, and dusty conditions, or in frequent starting and stopping conditions, it may need to be replaced every 3 to 5 months. Before reusing after long-term disuse (more than 12 months), the lubricating oil must also be replaced.
