The Type 75 Troughing Idler Frame is designed to support the conveyor belt in a trough shape, ensuring smooth material transport and reducing spillage. It is one of the most common idler frame types used in bulk material handling systems.

Manufactured from high-strength steel and precisely welded, the frame provides excellent rigidity and long service life. It can be supplied with 20°, 35°, or 45° troughing angles according to customer requirements.
