Introduction:

NGC's metropolitan rapid rail transit gearboxes have been designed in-house based on the national standards, the enterprise standards and technical specifications of customers. Advanced KISSsoft software was used to validate the strength of gears, while finite element software was used to simulate various load cases and ensure strength and rigidity requirements. The weight, size, noise and overall performance of the products all represent state-of-the-art technology within China.

Technical characteristics:

(1). Optimize the lubrication system, in order to meet the requirements arised because of long distances and different operation models.

(2). Considering the condition of overpass and ground operation, optimize the sealing design, in order to guarantee the normal running of gearboxes.
